INTRO

Radiate

Welcome to the first application that aims to bring music lovers together! Radiate has introduced new "virtual events" in order to cater to COVID. Join the community to meet new friends, find parties, rides, squad groups and much more!

Design Opportunity

When I first began my internship, Radiate already had most of their application built out. I worked closely with the CEO and the Project Manager to continuously establish branding and brainstorm new social media poster ideas to help expand their social awareness. I also helped them add new and tweak user interfaces that they had.

The Problem

The CEO realized that they wanted to find a fun way to connect festival attendees to one another.

"How can we continue to design for the Radiate brand and increase the number of users on the application?"

Welcome to the Radiate Brand!

Radiate already had their logo and colors determined when I started interning for them. The colors are representative of the beautiful colors within a music festival and the logo is almost shaped like a circle, which represents unity.

Let the Design Process Begin!

At the time I began working with the Radiate team, they already had a good establishment of their UI, so my job was basically to help them edit certain screens and create posters with them. Since it was my first time doing this type of work, the CEO already had a layout they loved for promoting previous events, so the process of me making the posters was simple: follow the original template, with updated festival screens!
